Thomas J. Petrelli, Jr. received his Juris Doctor from the Vermont Law School, an LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, a Master’s of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, and a BBA from attending University of Kentucky and Temple University.

Mr. Petrelli began his career practicing Environmental Litigation and Insurance Law in Pennsylvania. He then expanded his knowledge to include Real Estate and Environmental Litigation in New Jersey, and helped shape environmental policy and regulations while working for the Clean Air Council. He is still active in community education, speaking on real estate issues at national conferences and maintaining a regular blog on life insurance law for the public benefit.

Mr. Petrelli’s clients appreciate his one-on-one approach when explaining what to expect from a case and his ability to find creative legal solutions that work. This approach has earned Mr. Petrelli the recognition of his peers.
